- If you have an account with us, we will retain your information until you close your account.
- If you have provided your email address when signing a card (but don't have an account), we will retain your email address for 1 year.
- If you have received a card through our platform, we will retain the card and your email address permanently, to allow you to access your card and notify you of any changes to service which impact access to your card.
- If you have contacted us with a support request, we will retain this information for up to 5 years.
