Etsy Order FAQs

Thank you for ordering one of our cards through Etsy! Here's a simple guide to what's next to make the most of your card.

How do I get started?

You should have received an email from Etsy just after ordering with the subject: "Your digital download from From All Of Us". This email contains your Order ID and Surname which is all you need to access your card.

You will be taken straight to your digital card, which has your chosen message on the back cover. This page is also your GroupSign link which you can share with your crew so they can sign the card.

People who open the link will have access to sign the card without needing to enter any personal information or create an account. They can add their own messages, photos and emoji.

As the organiser, only you have access to Edit, Schedule and Send or Download the card. If you can't see the Schedule or Send button, just return to the access your card page and enter your details again.

How do I share the card for other people to sign?

You can tap the 'Collect Signatures' button, or just copy the url of the page and share it on WhatsApp, Email or wherever you like.

Can I move messages around if things are looking a bit messy?

Yes, as the card organiser you can use the Move icon to drag other people's messages and photos around the page. You can also tap the Edit icon on any message or photo to move it to another page.

Can I edit other people's messages on the card?

You can't edit the contents of other people's messages or photos, but you can re-position them within the card. If someone made a mistake, they can use the Edit icon to change their own message.

Can I delete a message from the card?

Yes, if a message or photo was added by mistake, just select it, tap the Edit icon and then tap Delete. You can do this for messages that other people have added, or for your own messages.

Can people edit their own message before it's sent?

Yes, they can always go back to the card using the same device and browser and select their message to edit. If they provided an email address when they signed the card, they will have also received an email with a link to edit their message from any device.

Can I change the details on the back of the card?

Yes, tap Edit Card in the top left corner and you can make any changes you need.

How many people can sign the card?

There is no limit on the number of signatures, messages, and photos. More pages are automatically added to the card as it fills up!

How long before the signing link expires?

The link remains completely valid and active until you choose to finalise and deliver the card.

How will the card be delivered?

You have a couple of options for delivering the finalised card:

• PDF Download: Download a finalised PDF version of the card. You can share this with the recipient or even print it out.
• Email: We can send the card on your behalf in a beautiful envelope-styled email. Just enter their email address and choose to send immediately or schedule for a future date.

Can the recipient always view their card?

Yes! If you choose the option to email the card, the digital link will never expire. They will also have the option to download a PDF keepsake themselves.
