New for August: Our Art Collection and New Artists
It's been another busy (but very exciting) month here at From All Of Us 'Club HQ'. With the World Cup now wrapped up, we're kicking off August with a host of new features and platform improvements, and bringing on some fantastic new players to the pitch ⚽️ (Yep, no, we'll stick to what we're good at!)
Here is a breakdown of what's new:
1. Welcome to our new artists
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome two incredible new artists to the platform: Loki and Vic. They both bring their own unique and beautiful styles to our growing collection of greeting cards, giving you even more choice when organising a card for that special someone.
Keep an eye out on the blog, as we'll be featuring dedicated posts to introduce them properly very soon!
2. Introducing our Art Collection
Sometimes you need a card for an occasion that calls for something a little bit more memorable. That's why we're introducing our Art Collection—hand-crafted artworks displayed on our new Art Cards, which really speak for themselves.

You can see the intricate detail and textures of the unique pieces that have been produced, and they can help you say something more than our Everyday Expressions cards can. Check out Loki's new range of Art Cards to see exactly what we mean.
Plus, we're working on something really exciting: Wall Art Prints are coming soon, allowing you to order have a memory that lasts a lifetime and brightens their home up at the same time.
3. Card & account management
We've made managing multiple cards much simpler; you can now see all of your created cards directly in your account dashboard, whether they are still in Draft, Scheduled, or have already been Sent. You can copy the link to collect more signatures, edit the card and manage sending options.
Just tap on your name in the header and select 'Cards' from the dropdown menu to get started.

We've also added full options to manage your profile & security under Manage Account. You can now easily update your name, email address, password, change your connected Google account, or even fully delete your account. Read more in our account management guide.
4. Sharing improvements
Organising a group card is all about bringing people together, so we've revamped the view that appears on platforms like WhatsApp and Slack when a group signing link is shared.
This creates a more engaging experience that makes it even easier for your friends, family, or colleagues to contribute.

5. New payment options
It's important to us that buying a card is as simple and friction-less as possible, so we've focussed on bringing the payment methods that you use every day into the platform.
We've added support for Google Pay and PayPal globally, making payments possible in just a couple of taps on more devices.
We've also added support for the following localised payment methods:
- Bancontact (Belgium)
- BLIK (Poland)
- Cartes Bancaires (France)
- EPS (Austria)
- iDEAL (Wero) (Netherlands)
- MB Way (Portugal)
- Pay by Bank (UK, Finland)
These are all in addition to our existing payment options including Apple Pay, Onelink and Credit/Debit Card payments.
6. We're on Trustpilot
Trust is incredibly important to us when it comes to delivering moments that matter, and public reviews are one of the best ways for us to demonstrate that. That's why we've put a link to From All Of Us on Trustpilot on every page, in our footer. Take a look at our reviews so far, and we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider leaving us a review.
7. Smaller updates & behind the scenes
We've also been making plenty of tweaks and improvements behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly:
Email notifications: You'll now receive email updates when you schedule a card for delivery, change or cancel a card's scheduled delivery, a card has been successfully delivered, or you delete your account.
Improved email deliverability: We've fixed an issue that caused personal Outlook accounts to incorrectly mark our card delivery emails as spam, and improved our delivery email logging.
Better device support: We've made some fairly big changes behind the scenes to make sure the platform works beautifully on older devices, including iOS 15.
Bug fixes & performance: We've squashed a bug that occurred when returning to the site on an old tab left open, along with other general performance improvements and better error handling.
