Create and send a digital card

Creating and sending a digital card with us is designed to be simple, fast, and fun. Here is our step-by-step guide to help you get started:
1. Choose a design
Browse our Designs to find a card that's the perfect fit for the person, whatever the occasion. We have unique cards for birthdays, congratulations, leaving, thanks, and more.
Every design is created by an independent artist, you won't find AI-generated cards here. We suport our creatives by paying them fairly every time a card is sent.
2. Personalise your card
Once you have selected a design, click Create card and fill in the details:
- Who is it for? (The recipient's name)
- Headline: A short headline message from your crew (or yourself!).
- Who is it from? (Your name or your team's name)
These details will appear on the back of the card, and in the email when the card is delivered to the recipient.
3. Invite your crew to sign
After saving the card details, you will be taken to a preview of your card.
You can directly share the link for this page with your team, friends, or family via WhatsApp, email or chat.
- They can open the link and get started immediately, on any device with no app to install
- There are no logins or sign-ups required to sign the card
- Everyone can sign at the same time - watch as messages, photos & stickers appear in real-time
- Messages can be added in a range of fonts, colours and with emoji
- Messages & photos can be moved around the page, or moved to other pages
Oh, and don't forget to sign the card yourself!
Tip
As the organiser, you can cleanup the card before you send – reposition messages, photos and stickers on the page. You can also tap the Edit icon to move them to other pages, or delete if required.
4. Unlock and send the card
You can collect signatures completely free of charge. When you are ready to deliver the card:
- Click Schedule or Send on the toolbar at the top of the card.
- Complete the secure checkout.
- Choose your delivery option:
- Send Instantly: The card is sent immediately to the recipient's email address.
- Schedule for Later: Specify a future date and time for the card to be delivered.
The card is only closed to new signatures at the point when it is actually sent, so people are still able to sign the card while it is scheduled.
5. The card will be delivered
The card will be delivered at the time you specify in a beautifully styled 'envelope' email with a link to Open the card.
- Instant access: Opens full page view on any device — no apps to install or accounts needed.
- Card experience: The recipient can flip through pages to enjoy their card with all the messages, photos, and stickers.
- A lasting memory: The link never expires, so they can revisit the card anytime.
- Save or print: Download the Keepsake PDF or Printable PDF to treasure offline.
