Create and send a card

Creating and sending a digital card with us is designed to be simple, fast, and fun. Here is our step-by-step guide to help you get started:
1. Choose a design
Browse our Designs page to find a design that's the perfect fit for the person, whatever the occasion. We have unique cards for birthdays, congratulations, leaving, retirement, and more.
Every design is created by an independent artist, you won't find AI-generated cards here. We suport our creatives by paying them fairly every time a card gets sent.
2. Personalise your card
Once you have selected a design, click Build your card and fill in the details:
- Who is it for? (The recipient's name)
- Who is it from? (Your name or your team's name)
- Headline: A short headline message that will appear on the back of the card, and in the email when you send it to the recipient.
3. Invite your crew to sign
After saving the card details, you will be taken to a preview of your card.
You can directly share the link for this page with your team, friends, or family via WhatsApp, email or chat.
- They can open the link and get started immediately, on any device
- There are no logins or sign-ups required to sign the card
- Everyone can sign at the same time - watch as messages & photos appear in real-time
- Messages can be added in a range of fonts, colours and with emoji
- Messages & photos can be moved around the page, or moved to other pages
Oh, and don't forget to add your own message to the card!
4. Unlock and send the card
You can collect signatures completely free of charge. When you are ready to deliver the card:
- Click Schedule or Send on the toolbar at the top of the card.
- Complete the secure checkout via Stripe.
- Choose your delivery option:
- Send Instantly: The card is sent immediately to the recipient's email address.
- Schedule for Later: Specify a future date and time for the card to be delivered
The card is only closed to new signatures at the point when it is actually sent, so people are still able to sign cards which are scheduled.
